Miehle Extra Condensed is a 1906 face designed for newspaper headlines, and 120 point is the largest of sixteen sizes in which it was cut. This 50-lb monster may be the only such font in existence. Notwithstanding the usual blotchy discoloration from age, it’s in remarkably good condition with many types appearing never inked. Some are saw-trimmed at the shoulder for closer line fit. Shipping will require two flat rate boxes and will be billed to the buyer at actual cost (about $26.00 USA).
Standing bids are accepted. Your bid will be absolutely confidential. The price is marked down 4% each week—if and when it reaches the highest standing bid, the sale is closed. (If multiples are available, you may purchase one, some or all of them at that price each.) Just email your bid, identifying the item by name and the following location code: TC1505
